Stone Bridge Farm is one of the premier hunter, jumper and equitation facilities in Southwest Virginia. The Farm offers spacious, modern and well-designed facilities, as well as highly-experienced, professional and caring trainers who have successfully brought along horses and riders to State, Zone and National titles. We provide conscientious and individualized horse management and training, and 24-hour on-site supervision. From beginners to those competing on the national "A" circuit, Stone Bridge Farm can help riders of all ages set and pursue their equestrian goals, in a fun, safe and supportive family atomsphere.
We are conveniently located near the intersection of Interstate 81 and 64, 15 minutes south of
Lexington, Virginia, and the
Virginia Horse Center; and 30 minutes north of Roanoke.
Stone Bridge Farm is proud to host and coach the Lynchburg College Equestrian Club, the Roanoke College Riding Team, and the Southern Virginia University Equestrian Club! Congratulations to Stone Bridge's Interscholastic Equestrian Team!
Members of the Stone Bridge Middle School and High School Riding Teams qualified for the 2009 National IEA Finals, held in May at Lake Erie College in Ohio! High School Team member Grace Glover won the Varsity Open National Championship, helping her High School team to Reserve Champion overall! Middle School Team member Carly Williams won the Future Novice Reserve Championship. Carly and teammate Katie Fisher won 4th and 5th place in the Horsemanship competition, out of 200 entrants.
